Design is all about people, and I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the very best. Being part of a team that collaborated so closely—where we constantly motivated one another to do better, created open feedback loops, and got inspired by the unique skills and perspectives everyone brought to the table—it has been an incredible experience. I’ve grown not only as a designer but as a person, learning something valuable from every individual in the organization. This collaborative and empowering environment has been key to my evolution as a designer.
